UBE Bur

Xishan’s UBE Bur (model JZM) strips the drivetrain down to its essentials: the pen-shaped body connects directly to the micromotor, with no intermediate couplings to loosen or lose power through. The result is stable transmission, low noise and a light instrument that stays comfortable across a long list.

An adjustable tube shields healthy tissue around the lesion from accidental contact, and the non-slip pen grip keeps fine control in the surgeon’s fingers. The bur is strictly single-use: the diamond version comes in 1–6 mm diameters (110/120/137 mm lengths) and the stainless-steel version in 1–5 mm (110/120/138 mm), all driven by the Xishan DJ21 micromotor.

It serves the standard UBE indications — lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, degenerative spondylolisthesis, synovial cysts, cervical radiculopathy and thoracic disc herniation. Spine Care Bangladesh supplies it locally, direct from Xishan.
