Arthroscopy Bur

The Arthroscopy Bur (model GZT) from Xishan is a rotary cutting instrument designed around the realities of arthroscopic work: small portals, delicate structures and the constant fight for a clear view. Machined from premium stainless steel, it runs at 6,000–12,000 r/min and comes in 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0 mm tube diameters on a 130 mm straight shaft.

An integrated suction channel pulls bone and tissue debris away as you cut, keeping the arthroscopic field visible without pausing the procedure. The bur connects to the power system through Xishan’s Arthroscopy Shaver Handpiece (PSB2), and both reusable and single-use versions are offered.

Surgeons reach for it in subacromial decompression, osteophyte (bone spur) removal, malleolar and tibial plafond reshaping, acetabular rim trimming and notchplasty. Spine Care Bangladesh stocks it locally, imported directly from Xishan.
