UBE Bur - Adjustable Tube
Xishan’s UBE bur with an adjustable sheath and pen-style grip — built for precise cutting and grinding through the unilateral biportal endoscopy (UBE) channel. Supplied in Bangladesh by Spine Care.
The UBE Bur – Adjustable Tube (model JZMx) from Xishan is made for minimally invasive spine surgery, where every instrument must earn its place in the channel. Its adjustable sheath adapts to different working-channel depths, so one instrument covers tasks that would otherwise need several, and its pen-hold body gives the surgeon fine, fatigue-free control over a 3.5 mm working head on a 110 mm shaft.
Working heads come in diamond and stainless-steel versions and are disposable, which removes any risk of cross-infection between patients. Surgeons use it across UBE procedures for lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, degenerative spondylolisthesis, synovial cysts, cervical radiculopathy and thoracic disc herniation.
Spine Care Bangladesh brings this instrument in directly from Xishan with local stock and support.
Adjustable sheath: adapts to different surgical channel sizes, letting one instrument do the work of several and shortening operative time.
Pen-hold ergonomics: the pen-style grip cuts hand fatigue on long cases and transmits force precisely to the cutting site.
Locks tight: a non-slip mechanical lock keeps handle and working head snugly mated, preventing slips that could injure surrounding tissue.
It covers the common UBE indications — lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, degenerative spondylolisthesis, synovial cysts, cervical radiculopathy and thoracic disc herniation.
Yes. Both the diamond and stainless-steel heads are disposable, which rules out cross-infection between patients.
Direct connection to the DJ21 gives a stable, speed-adjustable drive, keeping the working head steady while it rotates.
