Bendable UBE Bur

Xishan’s Bendable UBE Bur (model JZMB) answers a familiar problem in unilateral biportal endoscopy: the anatomy you need is rarely in a straight line from the portal. Its articulating tip bends to open up working zones that rigid burs simply cannot cover, while the pen-hold grip keeps control light and precise through long procedures.

The bur is single-use and comes in bendable diamond and bendable stainless-steel versions, in 2.5, 3.0, 4.0 and 4.5 mm diameters on a fixed 110 mm shaft. It pairs with the Xishan DJ21 micromotor and dedicated UBE accessories, and a non-slip mechanical fit keeps the connection secure under load.

Typical indications include lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, degenerative spondylolisthesis, synovial cysts, cervical radiculopathy and thoracic disc herniation. Spine Care Bangladesh supplies it locally, direct from Xishan.
