We manufacture patient-specific 3D printed bones and spinal fixation screws in-house — and partner with internationally certified manufacturers for the rest of our portfolio.
We make the critical implants ourselves.
Spine Care Bangladesh manufactures 3D printed PEEK bones and spine surgery screws in-house — using authentic medical-grade materials and precision equipment. For the rest of our portfolio we work directly with ISO 13485-certified manufacturing partners abroad, maintaining full traceability from raw material to operating room.
No intermediaries, no relabelling — every product carries CE marking or equivalent international certification and meets DGDA import compliance.

3D Printed Bones
Medical-grade PEEK
Patient-specific bone implants 3D-printed from authentic medical-grade PEEK — shaped directly from the patient's own CT or MRI scan. Used for spinal, cranial and orthopedic reconstruction where standard sizes will not fit.

Spine Surgery Screws
Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI)
Spinal fixation screws — pedicle screws, monoaxial and polyaxial constructs — manufactured on precision CNC equipment from medical-grade titanium. Built to integrate with our cervical, thoracic and lumbar implant systems.
