The Spinal Bur for Bur Attachment (models DRJ / SRJ / SCJ / JZTM) is the high-speed member of Xishan’s endoscopic spine family: mounted on the Spinal Bur Handpiece MSB1-ZJ, it reaches 40,000 rpm and clears bone at a pace that keeps procedures moving.

Three head styles — round diamond, round stainless steel and cylinder stainless steel — pair with 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 mm tube diameters and 290 or 350 mm lengths, letting the surgeon match reach and aggressiveness to the corridor. An optional protection tube shields dura and nerve roots when the canal is close, and the bur is designed to work with a broad range of endoscopes rather than one proprietary tower.
