Spinal Bur

The Spinal Bur (model JZT) is Xishan’s workhorse for full-endoscopic spine surgery. Driven through the articulating JMSB1 handpiece, it spins up to 25,000 rpm and takes bone down quickly while a combined hand-and-foot control scheme lets the surgeon change speed without ever looking away from the screen.

An optional protection tube places a physical barrier between the rotating head and the dura or exiting nerve roots — a feature worth having whenever the canal is close. Tube diameters of 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 mm, lengths of 290 and 350 mm, and three head styles (round diamond, round stainless steel, cylinder stainless steel) cover most endoscopic workflows, and the bur is deliberately built to work with a wide range of endoscopes, not only Xishan’s own.

It is used across full-endoscopic decompression (foraminotomy, foraminal laminotomy/laminectomy), discectomy (PELD, PEID, PTED with foraminoplasty) and lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF, PLIF, AxiaLIF). Spine Care Bangladesh stocks it locally, direct from Xishan.
