Xishan’s Slim Bur (models DR_E / SR_E / DM_E / SM_E) keeps its bore down to 1.19 mm so it slides past the optics without blocking the view or crowding the channel — less tissue trauma, clearer imaging.
A stepless exposure mechanism lets the surgeon dial in exactly how much of the shaft is working length, and the range runs from 1.5 to 4 mm in tip diameter and 100 to 200 mm in length, reaching targets deep in the skull base. Tips come in round and match-head shapes, in both diamond and stainless steel, with reusable and single-use versions. It pairs with the Slim Bur Handpiece (MSB2-WX, 16,000–80,000 r/min) and MSBF telescoping tubes.
