Articulating Spinal Bur

Lateral recess and foraminal stenosis hide behind corners a straight instrument cannot turn. Xishan’s Articulating Spinal Bur (models LB / LB.DS) bends steplessly from 0 to 36° and rotates through the same range, sweeping out an effective 70° conical working space from a single approach — all while a rigid “T-shaped” shaft keeps the cutting head steady and predictable.

The bur runs at up to 25,000 rpm on the JMSB1 articulating handpiece, with a 3.5 mm tube in 290 or 350 mm lengths and heads in round diamond, round stainless-steel and cylinder stainless-steel forms. Like the rest of Xishan’s endoscopic line, it works with a broad range of endoscopes.

Indications centre on foraminal and spinal stenosis — particularly the lateral recess — whether from calcification, hyperplasia, deformity or fracture, along with working-channel establishment under direct visualization. Spine Care Bangladesh stocks it locally, direct from Xishan.
