Xishan’s Micro Bur Handpiece (models XMSB2-W angled, XMSB1-Z straight) is built specifically for otologic and neurotologic bone work: compact and light enough to move freely in a narrow field, with low vibration and rock-steady speed output that keep the bur predictable next to critical nerves and vessels.
Speed adjusts steplessly from 16,000 to 80,000 r/min (20–100%), covering everything from cautious shaping near the facial nerve to efficient cortical drilling. The 21° angled model serves limited-view approaches while the straight version gives a direct cutting path; both drive Xishan’s round diamond and stainless-steel micro burs in reusable or single-use formats, and both autoclave fully.
