Cranial Drill
Xishan’s ZSB2A cranial drill attachment with automatic breakthrough stop — controlled skull perforation for craniotomy and keyhole neurosurgery. Supplied in Bangladesh by Spine Care.
The moment a cranial drill breaks through the inner table is the moment everything depends on. Xishan’s Cranial Drill attachment (model ZSB2A) is built around that instant: an auto-stop mechanism halts rotation the moment breakthrough is sensed, protecting the dura beneath.
Running at 0–1,500 r/min, it perforates the skull quickly yet predictably, and accepts Xishan’s perforator heads in both reusable and single-use versions. The attachment itself is autoclavable for routine reuse.
Its applications are craniotomy and keyhole neurosurgical access. Spine Care Bangladesh supplies the ZSB2A locally, direct from Xishan.
Auto-stop at breakthrough: rotation ceases automatically as the drill clears the inner table, shielding the dura.
Quick, controlled entry: the 0–1,500 rpm range perforates efficiently without sacrificing predictability.
Flexible perforator supply: works with reusable and single-use perforator heads.
Autoclavable: standard sterilization between cases.
Model: ZSB2A | Speed Range: 0 ~ 1,500 r/min | Safety: Automatic stop on breakthrough | Sterilization: Autoclavable | Compatible Heads: Perforator (reusable / single-use) | Indication: Craniotomy, Keyhole Neurosurgery

Perforator (reusable)

Perforator (single-use)
The mechanism senses the drop in resistance at breakthrough and stops rotation instantly, so the drill never runs on into the dura.
Xishan’s perforator range in both reusable (6/9/12 mm) and single-use (4/6/9/12 mm) versions.
Yes — it withstands standard autoclave cycles for routine reuse.
