Xishan’s Straight High-speed Handpiece (models MSB1A-Z70 / Z95 / Z125 / Z150) delivers its power dead along the axis, giving exceptional stability against slippage and the direct haptic feedback surgeons rely on for depth judgement in bone.
Because there is no head angle, it needs no alignment or recalibration before use — pick it up and work. Speed runs 16,000–80,000 r/min (20–100% adjustable) across working lengths of 70, 95, 125 and 150 mm, driving Xishan’s small-bore burs in diamond, carbide and stainless steel plus match-head and acorn profiles, with MSB-FJ irrigation tubes for cooling. Fully autoclavable, it covers the bread-and-butter bone-cutting of neurosurgery, ENT and orthopedics — from laminectomy and mastoidectomy to skull base and transsphenoidal work.
