Slim Bur Handpiece

The Slim Bur Handpiece (model MSB2-WX) drives Xishan’s entire Slim Bur series through the tightest endoscopic corridors. A 4.5 mm tube keeps its profile out of the camera’s way, the 21° angle sits naturally in the hand, and reach extends to a 200 mm maximum surgical depth on a 175 mm body.

Two adjustments define its flexibility: stepless speed from 16,000 to 80,000 r/min (20–100%), and a stepless exposure-length mechanism with 15 mm of range, so the working length of the bur matches each stage of the procedure exactly. The handpiece autoclaves for repeated reuse with routine inspection.

It serves trans-nasal skull-base surgery, micro-endoscopic discectomy (MED), endoscopic ear drilling (single- or double-handed) and transnasal or sublabial minimally invasive work. Spine Care Bangladesh supplies it locally, direct from Xishan.

Slim Bur: Available in 1.5–4 mm diameter, 100–200 mm length, with four tip types (Round Diamond, Match-head Diamond, Round Stainless-steel, Match-head Stainless-steel). It supports both reusable and single-use options.

Telescoping Tube MSBF: Diameter 4.5 mm, length 80–175 mm, angles 0°/12°, shapes (straight/angled/curved). It assists in positioning the Slim Bur for complex surgical approaches.
