The Micro Cannulated Drill (model XKXZ2) brings microcomputer-governed control to the smallest drilling jobs in orthopedics. Speed holds steady between 600 and 3,000 r/min — adjustable from 20% to 100% — so the bit behaves the same in dense cortical bone as it does in soft paediatric bone, with millimetre-level accuracy that keeps nearby nerves and vessels out of harm’s way.
Twist drill and twist bur bits from 1 to 2.5 mm cover small-bone, maxillofacial, hand, foot and ankle work, in reusable and single-use versions. An irrigation tube flushes debris and cools the site as the drill works, and the whole instrument autoclaves at standard high-temperature, high-pressure cycles. A compartmentalized sterilization tray keeps the set organised between cases.

The included Irrigation Tube is a critical accessory for maintaining surgical site clarity and temperature control. Twist Drill & Twist Bur Drill
The Micro Cannulated Drill comes with high-quality Twist Drill and Twist Bur Drill bits, engineered for optimal bone penetration and durability. The twist design creates a helical flute that efficiently removes bone material, reducing drilling resistance and enhancing precision. The bits are available in the full diameter range (1~2.5 mm) and are either reusable (with proper sterilization) or single-use, ensuring consistent performance across procedures.
Sterilization Tray
A dedicated sterilization tray is provided to safely store and transport the Micro Cannulated Drill and its attachments during autoclavation. The tray features compartmentalized slots to prevent damage to the drill and bits, while its autoclavable material ensures it can be sterilized alongside the instrument, maintaining a sterile chain from processing to surgical use.
