Drill Chuck
Xishan’s ZJT14 drill chuck — clamps bits from 0.5 to 6.5 mm with touchscreen speed control at 300–1,500 rpm for orthopedic drilling. Supplied in Bangladesh by Spine Care.
The Drill Chuck (model ZJT14) is the large-format drilling attachment of Xishan’s powered instrument system. Its jaws grip anything from a 0.5 mm micro bit to a 6.5 mm large-bone drill without slippage, which means one chuck follows the case from delicate hand and foot work through heavy trauma drilling.
Control is by touchscreen with a real-time speed display, adjustable between 300 and 1,500 rpm mid-procedure. The whole assembly autoclaves at standard high-temperature cycles, and it pairs with Xishan twist drills, K-wires and the microcomputer-controlled surgical drill units.
Applications span large-bone, small-bone, maxillofacial, hand-foot-ankle and general orthopedic surgery. Spine Care Bangladesh supplies the ZJT14 locally, direct from Xishan.
0.5–6.5 mm in one chuck: the wide clamping range secures nearly every drill bit an orthopedic list will need.
Touchscreen precision: live speed readout and on-the-fly adjustment between 300 and 1,500 rpm.
Slip-free grip: stable clamping keeps drilling accurate and protects surrounding tissue.
Autoclavable: meets operating-room sterile processing requirements.
