Xishan’s 21° angled high-speed handpiece — 16,000–80,000 rpm in four working lengths for neuro, spine, orthopedic and ENT bone work. Supplied in Bangladesh by Spine Care.
The Angled High-speed Handpiece (models MSB2A-W70 / W95 / W125 / W150) is the fast, angled workhorse of Xishan’s high-speed bur platform. Its 21° head angle lifts the surgeon’s hand out of the sight line and reaches anatomy that a straight handpiece obscures — a real advantage in deep cranial and transsphenoidal corridors.
All four models spin from 16,000 to 80,000 r/min with 20–100% adjustability, in working lengths of 70, 95, 125 and 150 mm. They drive Xishan’s small-bore bur range (diamond, carbide and stainless-steel heads), pair with MSB-FJ irrigation tubes, and autoclave fully between cases.
Typical indications include skull base tumour resection, microvascular decompression, laminectomy, ethmoidectomy, transsphenoidal pituitary surgery, mastoidectomy and ossiculoplasty. Spine Care Bangladesh supplies the range locally, direct from Xishan.

A comprehensive range of attachments and tools are available to maximize the versatility of the Angled High-speed Handpiece. Small Bore Burs with multiple lengths and diameters are optional, including round carbide bur, round diamond bur, round stainless-steel bur, match-head stainless-steel bur, straight-fluted acorn stainless-steel bur, and oblique-fluted acorn stainless-steel bur. Irrigation Tubes covering MSB-FJ1A / MSB-FJ1B / MSB-FJ1C / MSB-FJ1D models are provided for intraoperative cooling and debris removal. Bur Attachment Angled serves as a dedicated accessory for secure bur installation and stability.
