Nasal Bur
Xishan’s BZT nasal bur for septoplasty and frontal sinus surgery — high-speed bone shaping with suction-cleared visibility and guarded tip options. Supplied in Bangladesh by Spine Care.
Bone work inside the nose demands an instrument that removes exactly what it must and nothing more. The Xishan Nasal Bur (model BZT) runs between 6,000 and 13,000 r/min with the stability to shape septal and frontal sinus bone precisely, while sparing the mucosa that determines how quickly a patient recovers.
Continuous suction keeps blood and bone dust out of the endoscopic view, and the head range covers round diamond, guarded round diamond and round stainless-steel types in 2.5 and 4.0 mm diameters — straight, or angled at 15°, 30°, 45° and 70°. The guarded diamond option adds a physical shield between the spinning head and nearby soft tissue. Reusable and single-use versions run on the PSB3 (hand and foot control, CE-certified) or PSB5 (foot control) handpieces.
Spine Care Bangladesh supplies the BZT range locally, direct from Xishan.
Precise, sparing resection: minimizes mucosal tearing and bone trauma, protecting the soft tissue around the cut and speeding healing.
A field you can trust: continuous suction clears blood and debris in real time for an uninterrupted view.
Guarded option for safety: the shielded diamond head keeps rotating surfaces away from soft tissue in tight nasal corridors.
Bone removal and shaping in ENT surgery — principally septoplasty and frontal sinus procedures.
Between 6,000 and 13,000 r/min, adjustable to the density of the bone being worked.
The guard acts as a physical barrier during bone resection, preventing accidental contact between the spinning bur and surrounding soft tissue.
