Xishan’s GPD arthroscopy shaver pairs adjustable rotary cutting with built-in suction for meniscal trimming, synovectomy and chondroplasty. Supplied in Bangladesh by Spine Care.
The Arthroscopy Shaver (model GPD) from Xishan handles the resection workload of routine arthroscopy: trimming meniscus, clearing synovium, smoothing cartilage and debriding damaged tissue — all through a keyhole portal.
Speed adjusts between 2,000 and 6,000 r/min so the cutting action can be tuned to the tissue at hand, and integrated suction pulls resected fragments out of the joint the moment they are freed, keeping the camera view clean. Blades come straight or curved, in 3.6, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0 mm tube diameters on a 130 mm working length, with reusable and single-use options. The shaver runs on Xishan’s PSB2 handpiece.
