Xishan’s PSB2 arthroscopy handpiece drives shavers at 2,000–6,000 rpm and burs at 6,000–12,000 rpm — sealed, suction-integrated and autoclavable. Supplied in Bangladesh by Spine Care.
The Arthroscopy Shaver Handpiece (model PSB2) is the drive unit at the centre of Xishan’s arthroscopy platform. It runs two speed regimes from one body: 2,000–6,000 rpm for shaver blades working meniscus, synovium and cartilage, and 6,000–12,000 rpm for burs cutting bone — so a single handpiece follows the case from soft-tissue debridement to osteophyte removal.
Integrated suction evacuates debris continuously to keep the arthroscopic image clean, and the surgeon can drive it by hand or foot control as preferred. The fully sealed body autoclaves repeatedly without losing integrity, and it accepts both reusable and single-use consumables — the GPD shaver and GZT bur ranges.
Clinical territory includes meniscal trimming, synovectomy, chondroplasty, debridement, subacromial decompression, bone spur removal, malleolar and tibial plafond reshaping, acetabular rim trimming and notchplasty. Spine Care Bangladesh supplies the PSB2 locally, direct from Xishan.
