Ultrasonic Tip

The cutting element of an ultrasonic bone scalpel does the real clinical work, and Xishan’s Ultrasonic Tips are machined for exactly that role. Each tip is precision-made from high-strength titanium alloy, supplied sterile for single use with a protective silicone cover.

Two profiles cover the common tasks. The osteotomy tip (model UQD03407B) is 0.8 mm thick with a 52 mm working length; its 0.2 mm leading edge starts cuts easily and the 0.8 mm bone gap keeps bone loss minimal. The grinding tip (model UMD05213A) carries a 1.8 mm grid-textured surface on a 69 mm working length — a geometry particularly suited to cervical spine surgery.

Installation takes three steps: the torque-limited mount clicks audibly when seated, with no extra fixing tools needed. Spine Care Bangladesh supplies these tips locally, direct from Xishan.
