Opening the skull safely is the first test of any cranial procedure, and it is exactly what Xishan’s Perforator (models LT / LT.DS) is built for. Mounted on the ZSB2A perforator attachment and running at a controlled maximum of 1,500 rpm, it creates clean burr holes for craniotomy and keyhole approaches.
The reusable line offers 2-blade heads in 6, 9 and 12 mm diameters; the single-use line adds a 4 mm option and both 2- and 3-blade configurations, arriving sterile for each case. Xishan’s neurosurgical credentials run deep — the company is an official supplier of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (WFNS).
